Dynamites
Promotion to this class is from the Firecrackers class only or by invitation from our Team Coaches. Dynamites are gymnasts ages 5 – 6 showing potential in flexibility, strength, and skill level and the focus is on a fast track to the team program. This class has a greater focus on strength training and will incorporate the skills needed to compete as USAG Level 2 in our Team Program.
